Tension string channel balance replacement parts

Question

Need replacement parts for 13 year old, single hung, vinyl window with tension string balances. Manufacturer is most likely Plygem. Channel balance stamped with "21D", "BSI", "RL". Shoe is stamped with "PAT AB 10106"

Hello! This looks like our Series 795, but the top has a hook instead of a screw tab like ours. This may need to be a custom order because of this. Just to be 100% sure, can you show me a picture of the hole where the hook goes? We may have a way around it.
