The home seemed to have been built in the 90s. The balances came out of aluminum GA windows.

Hi there!
This looks like a spiral balance for a non-tilt window. Depending on the diameter of the tube, see our Series 400 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 500 (5/8" diameter tube).
