The black tape is to hold parts together. The swivel has been broken.

Question

I don't know what this is called.  The plastic part with two spring tensioners has to screw into that part.   The metal piece is broken and will not work.   What are these parts named and do you sell them?

Thanks for writing in. This is called a coil balance assembly. The coil springs that connect to that pivot shoe are what regulate the movement of the window. Your old pivot shoe (the part with the broken metal cam) is no longer made, but you should be able to replace it with our 15-177. This shoe, like your old one, works with Series 152 Coil Balances. If your old springs and spring housing are undamaged you can reuse them. Let me know if you have further questions.
