Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-177. Your specific kind of coil springs are no longer made, but you can use our Series 152 coil springs instead. These screw into the sides of the pivot shoe instead. For your pivot bar, take a look at the 26-226. Compare to an undamaged version of your pivot bar, and let us know if you think this is what you need.
