Replacement Crank Screw Needed : SWISCO.com

The parts are labeled Truth EntryGard 30751-B. Do I need to replace everything? Or is it sufficient to replace the crank assembly, and attach it to the sliding parts attached to the window?

Here is the crank part, there does not seem to be any way to reattach the crank. Using the crank to open the window works but it pops out when attempting to close the window.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you'll need to replace the whole operator since the worm gear came out of the hole shown in your last photo. It's hard to say from these photos but the 39-035 comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

Thanks! This is exactly right. The operator on my window looks like the picture for 39-035. More specifically, the Link arm has an offset that matches the picture. The link arm is about 3 15/16 inches long from the elbow and the crank is in the center of the cover.
