The guide to the up & down window broke

Question

I did not find any name of the manufacturer of the window nor part number. I sent 3 photos of the part that was broke. For clarity I took pictures of the whole thing, the top and bottom part. It is 1/2 wide and 28 inches long.
Your website has multiple items that looked very similar to the one I have. Thank you for your help.

Hey there. Is the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at both ends, 28" long? If so, see the S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the shoe depth. See below. For the stamp option, look for a stamp on the metal channel. if there is none, use the exact window sash weight to determine what stamp is needed.
