I would like to replace all handles and locks if I knew which handle to buy. Also, I would very much like to replace one of the Handle/locks with one that is keyed on the outside if at all possible.
Any positive help will be greatly appreciated
There are no markings on the handles that I can find. Our building is on the ICU on the East Coast of NC. These locks r roughly 19 yrs old.
I'm shopping for other Townhome owners as well. There are 10 townhomes in the building

Thanks for posting. Carefully review our 82-005 and compare it to your existing handle set. It is not an exact replacement for your original but it may be worth considering as a replacement.

I think this would work. Screw hole's exactly the same. The other measurements are slightly off. But believe they will work.
I did not see anything a pic of an outside pull
For the door and nothing that has a key lock for the outside of one door. Is there such a thing?

To convert this handle set to one with a keyed lock, you'll need to purchase our 82-306. You shouldn't have any trouble installing this as it has the same measurements for the installation holes. It also comes equipped with two keys.
