The left one is broken. Can you ID?

Question

This is a very generic replacement window at least ten years old, possibly older. The last time we cleaned it, there was a "pop" on the left side, and it quit staying open.

The left one is definitely broken, and the right one seems to only have one coil connected. The hole at the top of the slide doesn't seem to be large enough to remove the whole thing.

I think this is probably https://www.swisco.com/14-lb-dual/pd/Series-140-Quick-Tilt-Balance/S140-14 but can you verify? Also, any suggestions on how to get the broken one out and a new one in? Cut a larger slot?

Hey TC. This is indeed an older version of the S140-14 14 pound Coil Balance assembly. The video below shows how to remove and replace a similar assembly. Take a look and let me know if you have further questions.
