When I bought the house these were missing due to window a/c installation.
The total window measures is about 29W by 52H.
I need help figuring out what to get.

We may be able to help, but before we can recommend anything we will need the width and height of the visible glass for the bottom sash. We will also need the exact weight of the sash. With this information, we may be able to determine what replacement balance will work for you.

2. The exact weight of the sash is 15 Lbs.

I would suggest using S380-26 with a spring weight of (2530) to hold a sash weight between 15-19 lbs.

All of our balances come assembled with the top and bottom balance shoes. They are sold as individuals and not pairs. Please refer to the previous part I suggested for further detail. Get back to us if you should have any further questions.
