I recommend you have a look at our 39-388 operator. The 39-387 is the opposite-handed version. As for the hinge, we don't have an exact match but the 36-048 might work for you. Just note that you'd want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
