the broken part of the block and tackle rod balance is part that handles the string---connecting the string to the spring---one cracked one is in the picture i sent you---I need to fix it by replacing that part with new---

Thanks for contacting us. The plastic pieces you have here are from an outdated Crossbow balance. To replace them, you'll need to replace the entire balance assembly. That said, your balances can likely be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. Watch our video "How to Convert a Crossbow Balance to a Channel Balance" for guidance.

Since it appears you no longer have the balance tubes or they are likely to be completely taken apart, I'll need to know the height of the visible glass as well as the exact weight of the sash for the window you are looking to replace the balances in.
