Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear of the trouble with your Series 795 Channel Balance. From what I can see everything looks right except the bottom T-Lock Shoe. The shoe that comes attached by default to the Series 795 is the 1-1/4" wide T-Lock Shoe. It appears you needed the 1" wide T-Lock Shoe, the 15-194 instead. Without that, the balance certainly wouldn't fit the track properly. It's a simple process to swap out these shoes. See below.
