The information on this sticker doesn't tell us what hardware your window uses, unfortunately. We would need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to determine a match.

Your pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-177 which uses the Series 152 coil springs. For new coil covers, see our 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel.
