If all you need is the shoe then our 15-236 ought to work if the specifications align. This is 1-1/4" wide so you'll want to ensure yours is the same. 

I also want to mention that when a shoe breaks like this, it's usually a sign that the balance isn't too far behind. Ultimately, it may be time to replace the whole balance assembly. Just something to keep in mind. 

Certainly, that would be our Series 795. However, note that this installs at the top of the window track with a screw. Let me know if yours uses a hook! We can still help but this would need to be a custom order.
