The window in my room

Question

So, this window belongs in my room, and one summer day of 2019,i tried to install a/c on this particular window. I unlock the sash lock and the top back panel slammed/slide down. And I want to fix the top back panel but I don't know about fixing windows. So, I took some pictures in hope someone would know what parts I need to fix it.

Thanks for posting. It looks like your pivot bar is very rusted. It's probably our 26-040, but the only way to know for sure if you have an intact one from the other side of the window, or an identical window in the house. If so, compare and see.

I am not entirely sure what you mean when you say you want to fix the top back panel. I assume you mean the top sash, but how exactly do you need to repair it?
