77 on the nylon end of balance

Window balance, plastic tube 25 1/4 in Long with quarter inch. Spring which goes over to 12 and 3/4 in long with end hooks spring with approximately half inch or 9/16 the nylon ends are white. The windows were installed in 1999

Hello,

Unfortunately, the crossbow balance shown in your photos has been discontinued. As long as the spring has a diameter of 1/2", you can follow the video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances. Thank you!
