i found the spiral balance part but not sure which shoe plate and latch i should select. please help

Hi there!

Our 15-046 was the first pivot shoe to come to mind. This might work but only if your width and thickness match ours. You'll need to remove your old pivot shoe and measure it to confirm.

We may be able to help with the tilt latch but we'd like you to write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center.

thank you for video on how to remove pivot shoe, very helpful.
the latch measurement center to center is 2 inches.

I'm glad it helped! Our 26-344, 26-337, and 26-435 tilt latches measure 2" on the installation hole centers. Review the rest of the specifications and see if one matches up with your old tilt latch.
