I am searching for a sash/roller guide for a Thermal Line window. I know the company is no longer in business, but thought you could help in my finding the part or
letting me know if obsolete/hard to find parts could some-way be fabricated and who does this sort of thing. My part is somewhat like the Top Sash Guide, Fiberlux
product # 18-073. Any help you can give will be most appreciated.

Thanks for posting. You mention that your part is somewhat like the 18-073. Is it different in any way? Are the dimensions are the same? If possible, I'd like to see a couple pictures of it so that we can identify the right match.

The dimensions help, but I would still like to see a picture of the part itself. I cannot seem to find anything quite like this. There are many subtle details in this kind of hardware that help us research replacement hardware.
