They no longer work. Window does not go up/down.

Home Depot says they can't help.

Don't worry, we can help. It's tough to say what you have based on your pictures. The stamp only tells us how strong the spring is. Many Atrium windows use our Series 395 channel balance, so see our S395-29 with a 2840 option. I recommend carefully going over our pictures, dimensions, and information to confirm that everything matches up.
