spiral springs from non-tilt wooden windows 1950s

Question

I find no identifying markings on them. They originally were incased in plastic tubes,which have broken and caused jamming and deformation of the springs. I need four of the longer ones and two of the shorter ones. I beleive them to be 5/8" diameter. The windows, though I haven't weighed them, I would consider lightweight. I also need the installation tool and the attachment strap for each, if not included with the springs.

Your old-style balances with the bracket fixed to the balance are no longer available, but we often suggest the (5/8") S500 balances and 17-012 brackets to replace them.
