I have 12 windows and I can't find anyone that will help me. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hello there!
It looks like you have an old rod balance that is no longer made. We can help, but we'll need to see the bottom attachment at the end of this balance. That will tell us which of our balances you need.

Thanks for the additional picture! The crossbow balances in your photos are no longer available but as long as the springs have a diameter of 1/2", you can follow the video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances.
