Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks like the 15-192 made by Certainteed; however, I suspect you have the Simonton version of this shoe that is no longer made. The 15-192 is technically not compatible. If you rub down the alignment nubs on its face it might work as a substitute, but we can't guarantee it. The other alternative is to replace the shoe with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe, which will fit--however this will also require you replace the old coil springs in the window with the Series 159.
