This is a double tilt vinyl window. One spring has a 3 stamped and other has a 4

Not sure what model it is. One spring has a 3 and one has a 4. Window weighs about 14 pounds. I just bought this house on dec 5th 2013 and have 2 windows that won't work properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting. The shoe looks very much like our 15-111. Compare the dimensions we show to your own hardware and let me know if you agree. If so, I also recommend our S160-3 and S165-4 coil springs and the 15-150D support bracket.
