Our 15-177 pivot shoe is similar to yours, and is compatible with the Series 152 coil spring. It's important to keep in mind that our Series 152 attaches with a screw like our 33-071. For a 16 pound sash, I would recommend the S152-8, specifically. Finally, for the pivot bar, see our 26-226.
