Tilt In Pivot Shoe with Hook?

I need 26 tilt in window guide shoes? I'm an office person, so not a lot of info. My craftsman drew picture of what I need based on a part that you had that looked similar. it's unique because of a hook and eyelet on top of the "shoe" that connect to the spring. 60s vintage. i think
