Tilt Latch w/ Sash Lift

It appears that you're showing up two separate parts for your window. The sash lift resembles our 26-147 but we'll need to see a picture of an undamaged tilt latch removed from the window to narrow down your replacement options. Unfortunately this unit is one piece and seems to double as a corner holding the whole window together.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the outside housing, but we can offer the replacement pivots. Have a look at our 26-356 pivot bar set. These are made of metal that will fit under the housing. With the frame screw out, you should be able to slide out the broken piece and replace it. Hopefully, this helps. Let us know how you make out with this.
