the tilt latch measures 7/16" deep 11/16" wide and 2-3/8" long
the pivot measures 9/16" thick 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide
Please advise on part numbers I need.
Also one picture shows that there are no sash stops at top
to hide the necessary notch. What can I use to cover this.

Your exact pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but our 15-046 was made to replace it. I think it'll work just as well. I think you can also use our 26-393B top tilt latches as a replacement for your old ones. Finally, we have the 55-043 widow stop that might fit your window. Please compare this hardware to your own to see how they match up.
One last note, you may find our 75-006 charging tool to be a big help when attempting to install the new pivot shoe.
