Tilt Lever

I cannot find any markings on my window but the tilt lever on the left side is broken.  The photos are the lever on the right.

Could our 26-157 and 26-158 top tilt corner latches be used on your window in your current latches' place? Take a look at both parts and see if these match up with yours.
