Tilt Lock

A home owner from Norman Park, GA says:

I have two of this part that fits into a metal rail containing a spring. Apparently the locks on this piece that locks in the metal rail is broken. The Window will not stay up.

The best I can tell the window is a TI AC36 Low E Glaze

Hello,

The part in your photos looks like our 1/1/4" wide 15-195B T-lock shoe. This shoe is compatible with our S795 channel balance but it comes stock with the 15-195 closed cam version of your shoe. Take a look and see if you can replace just the shoes or if you need to replace the entire S795 channel balances and switch out the stock shoe for the 15-195B. Thanks for posting!
