This balance assembly can likely be replaced with the Series 140 Coil Balance. To determine the correct spring strength, I'll need to know the stamp/marking from the coil support/cover. If there isn't one, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
Please also confirm the width and thickness of the shoe.
