Tilt Window Channel Balances/Pivot Shoes

Question

I have a few windows that have become a problem! Looks like the Channel Balances have shot up to the top of the window and no longer connect to the pivot shoe
I removed both channel balances from the window frame and included those pictures, the imprint in the metal looks to be "30B BSI TG"
Channel Balances = 30" in length.
I've included a picture of the pivot shoe as well, but im not sure how to remove it for a better picture
Finally, I've included the tilt latch that measures 2.5" and looks like what you called a surface mount.
Any help and suggestions for repair and parts are greatly appreciated!!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance matches our S795-30 except this installs with a screw. We can still supply replacements for you via a custom order, though. Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace? We'd also like you to remove the old shoe and confirm whether it has a closed cam like the 15-195. To remove the shoe, you first need to tilt it in towards you to about 90 degrees, then twist it so that the ears can slip past the track opening.

As for the tilt latch, take a look at the 26-243 and 26-244. They aren't an exact match for yours, but review the specifications and see how they compare with your old latch.
