Windows were installed around 2004. Can't find any make or model numbers on units.

Thanks for writing in. Looks like you need to replace your Coil Balance system. For your pivot shoe, see our 15-177. This shoe is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Springs. Look for stamps on the actual springs to see what spring weight you need. Let us know if you have any questions.
