Tilt Window Spiral Balance Pivot Lock Shoe Repalcments

Question

Hi,
I'm trying to identify the type of shoe I need to replace.

I managed to get measurements. And the shoe cam is plastic.

1/2" thick
2" High
1 1/4 wide

Hello Anna. I believe the pivot shoe you need is our 15-046. You may also want our 75-006 charging tool to make the installation easier to hook the balance to the pivot shoe. I have placed some useful media guides on the upper right hand side of this page for you to review. Perhaps going over some videos will give you more insight for your project.
