Thanks for reaching out!  The balance shoes you have here are the 15-230 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, which will need to be installed to the balance channel as a custom order. These are not a shoe that can be easily replaced on their own.

I am happy to get you set up with replacement balances you'll need but there is a bit more information I'll need from you. To start, I'll need to know the length and width of your as well as the stamp imprinted on the channel. Please also include a photo of the top hook/clip from the top of your balance.

Keep in mind, there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance. So I'll also need to know the exact number balances you are looking to purchase.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.

2 balancers are needed. 26" length, 1/2" wide & 1/2" deep.

Thanks for the photo. Although, I'll need a bit more information to ensure we are providing you with the correct balances.

I still need to know the stamp imprinted on the channel. If there is no stamp/marking I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.

Please also include a photo of the top hook/clip from the top of your balance. It is important to know how they install to the window. Again, to provide you with the correct replacements.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to get the order link forwarded to you so that you may place the order for your balances.

It looks like the stamp on the balance says 26B small letters => "BS1 DN" ??

Thanks for confirming the stamp. I'll still need to see a photo of the hook/clip at the to of the balance. It appears the hook or clip is still connected to the top of the window.

Are you able to send a photo of the hook/clip?

Jasmine - I'm unclear what you need a picture of.......I thought the 1st picture on the left that I sent this morning was going to be the one that you had requested. Are you asking for the piece that the cable attaches to that is inside the balance or are you asking for a picture of a clip at the top of the window that the cable must attach to....?

Do you have a pictorial of what it is that you need to be sure I'm buying what I need to replace the bottom T-lock pivot shoes. I apologize for my confusion......

Hi Mike,

While you did send a photo of the top of the balance, there is a string extended from it that is still connected to the window. I need to see the piece connecting that string to the top of window channel. In the photos you sent, none of them include a hook or a clip. They only include the spring in the balance.

It will either look like part 15-198 or 19-043.

Jasmine - here are several views of the little clip on the balance track that attaches to the window frame. Does this better identify my needs for T-Lock and balances? I need 6 balances, clips and t-Locks to replace the broken T-Locks on existing windows in this house.

Thanks for the photo. That is exactly what I was requesting. I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of the requested balances. You'll be able to use this link to review the pricing and to place the order for your balances.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Jasmine - Great - I look forward to receive the link. My order of two will likely be an order for 6.....I have another window (same size - displaying the same characteristics of broken - or breaking, T lock shoes..... Mike W

Okay, great! Once you've had a chance to confirm all of the information from the other balances, I'll be happy to modify the link for you.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
