Thanks for posting. This looks like a S795-32. Our Series 795 balances do not come with a hook at the top of the balance; usually we have these custom made. There may be a way around this, though. Can you show us a picture of the hole where the hook latches to the jamb track? Depending on its shape, we have a few different solutions for you. Thanks.

Thank you... Can you tell me it the difference in the indentation at the base of our channel vs. the one you have with out the dent will be an issue ?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

The groove is just a different design for interaction with the t-lock shoe, but should not affect the function of the balance itself. You'll notice your old t-lock shoe has a similar groove in its stem. This means you wouldn't be able to use your old t-lock shoes with our channel balances. Fortunately, the Series 795 comes installed with a t-lock shoe, the 1-1/4" Closed Cam 15-195. There is a chance however that you might need a different shoe, so if you have an undamaged version, compare it with the 15-195, 15-194, and 15-195B. In the meantime, a picture of the hole where the hook latches to the jamb track will help us move this along for you. Many thanks.
