Good Day, I have a spiral tilt balance shoe that I am unable to match. I saw a similar one on line that you matched up and I have attached a picture with writing that is mine. I hope you will be able to tell me what part this is.

The manufacture of your pivot shoe has gone out of business. However, we feel our 15-046 will work as a replacement.
