I am having difficulty locating a name on these windows. I have three windows that will not stay up. I found that the small plastic part that the spiral balance goes into is broken on the three windows.  

I need up to find where I can purchase replacement parts. Can they be retro fitted with another type/ brand? Where can I look for manufacture?  

Approx size 2 1/8" x 1 1/4"x 1/2"

Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-046. This is also 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. Look it over and let me know what you think. 

You might also want to consider our 75-006 charging tool. This will make connecting your spiral balance to the new shoe a lot easier.
