I am having difficulty locating a name on these windows. I have three windows that will not stay up. I found that the small plastic part that the spiral balance goes into is broken on the three windows.
I need up to find where I can purchase replacement parts. Can they be retro fitted with another type/ brand? Where can I look for manufacture?
