Tilt channel balance

We should be able to replace this, but we need a bit more information before we can suggest a replacement. Can you tell me the width, height and length of the metal channel? Can you also show me a photo of whatever attachment was at the end of the cord? It should be a hook or shoe of some kind. Finally, please give me the exact weight of the sash.

Thank you! That pivot shoe looks like our 15-105. Your balance looks like it attaches to it using a hook like our 62-105.

We can custom make a Series 770 balance but with the bottom terminal clip swapped out for the 62-105 hook. Does that look good to you? We'd also use the 28C option for sashes weighing 18 through 23 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash to confirm this is accurate.
