I believe that 27" Series 751 Channel Balance (Product Code: S751-27) option HD is what I need. However, I'm questioning the Shoe. The stated 15-014 shoe that comes on it is a little different from mine. Please advise...

Hello,

I believe you'll need the S751-27 ribbed balance with the 15-197 locking terminal attached, which we can supply through a custom order. The strength options will be (26HD) for a sash weight between 19-24 lbs. The balance is attached at the top of the vinyl window jamb with either the 19-029 or 19-030 S-Clip. If the specifications look good to you, we'll just need to confirm the number of balances you need with the minimum being two. Thank you!

The shoe I have is 15/16" tall. The one you have suggested is 1 5/16" tall. Do you have another shoe suggestion? Then, how May I place the special order?

The height of the shoe shouldn't be a problem as long as the width and thickness match. We'll just need to know the number of balances you need to send over an order link and price quote.
