Tilt in window

A quick learner from Florida says:
The tabs at the bottom of the window broke off into the slides. How do I get replacement slides and tabs? How do I replace both? Any ideas would be appreciated.

From your photo, it looks like our 15-087 coil spring housing with pivot. The coil spring inside is likely our Series 180 balance. There will be a number stamped on your old springs that you can use to determine which Series 180 would be best. For the mounting bracket, we recommend our 16-024. It looks like yours came off the screw. I wonder if that's the only problem? Perhaps your screw sheared off. See if you can reinstall that bracket with a 33-072 screw (or equivalent size you have handy). That may do the trick.
