Tilt in window parts

Question

Hi, our windows weren't staying up and hard to slide. After looking, I noticed some broken parts. Screw have come out on both sides and move with window. Picture shows broken parts. Please advise what replacement part or parts are needed. Did notice the part on bottom of window was bent, not allowing me to get window out easily. Thanks for any help.

Your window balance shore resembles the 17/32" deep 15-199 Pivot Shoe. To confirm the coil spring series, you'll need to measure the width of your springs. These use either the 1/2" wide Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165 springs. The compatible covers can be found under the related items section of our product page once you determine the correct series.
