Replacing two tilt latches for my track window

Hi Josh. The parts you need will probably be either our 26-069 top tilt latch and 26-002 black sash release lever. 

A lot of times when you pop out the lever with a flat putty knife, the legs break in the tilt latch. The spring and lever should be fine but sometimes they rust out. To replace the 26-069 tilt latch, you will need to remove the sash and then unscrew the two top end screws, then carefully knock the sash off the top rail to get to the inside fittings.
