I have previously ordered parts 15-259: Coil Balanace Pivot Shoe, 26-083 Pivot Bar 2-1/2", S159-8 8.5 lbs Series 159 Coil Balance, 15-255 3/4 Coil single support for my other windows that are the same make/model/year as this one.

Hey there. See the 26-243A and 26-244A tilt latches to start. This looks very similar but please compare and see if these match what you need.
