Thanks for reaching out to us. The 26-390 and 26-391 resemble your old tilt latch. I recommend you compare our dimensions with yours to see what you think.

As for the pivot shoe, the 15-046 is 1/2" thick and 1-1/4" wide. See how the style compares with your old part.

The tilt latches are perfect.

While the pivot shoe size is good, the pivot bar slot on the old ones are metal.
The pivot bar is more oval, not the usual U shaped.
More like 26-226

I'm afraid I can't be sure without seeing the front of the pivot shoe. Would it be possible to see a photo of that?

Thank you! The 15-188 indeed looks like what you may have here. This pivot shoe is 1/2" thick but we also have the 15-178 which is 17/32" thick. Take a look and see which one is the better match.
