Tilt lock and sash balance spring mechanism

Hello, I'm looking to replace a broken tilt lock and likely both of the sash balance spring mechanisms. I can't find any information on this window, but tried to upload what might be helpful. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-177, which is used with the Series 152 coil springs. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours.

As for your tilt latch, is there an undamaged one from another window that you can remove and show us, along with dimensions? Thank you!

Wow! Great find! And in the related links I was able to find the exact replacement coils, and the correct tilt latch. Thank you so much!
