There are no descriptions on the counterbalance. I submitted a description to you Ref No. 7527760 on 5/12/2018; 1:55 pm. The counterbalance is 32" long. Is the cord and "Pin" (at end of cord) part of the whole counterbalance assembly you provide?
That certainly would make replacement easier.

This looks similar in design to our S795-32. Look it over and see if this would make a good replacement option.

It looks like it will work. But the one I have has an "insertable clip") like a picture hanger (upside down) that the cord is hung by and is placed inside a slot near the top of the sash.

Ah, I see. It will have to be specially made with our 15-198 hook, then. Can you just tell me the stamp printed on your old balance? Can you also tell me how many you need?

In that case, I'll need you to tell me the exact weight of the sash they support. That will allow us to calculate the appropriate spring strength. I still also need to know how many you need.

The sash weighs 18.4 pounds. I just received the new c/b's this evening...have not opened the package yet. Thanks for your help.

Oh, I didn't know you had placed an order for balances. I don't think they'll install without a hook at the top. You can return them for a refund, if you wish.
I'm all ready to email you a price quote and order link for the special balances but I just need to know h ow many you need.
