Tilt sash balance replacement parts.

Question

No mfg identification on the window or any parts.
The parts I need are for the lower sash of a double hung.
There is a "10" on the coil spring which is included in the 3 attached pictures.
The overall window size is 36"x52".
The lower sash size is 33"x26"
I am looking for both the pivot shoe & coil spring replacements.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe looks like a match to our 15-177, which is compatible with the S152 coil balance. We do not carry a 10-pound coil but you can use two of the S152-5 springs on each side to support the same amount of weight. Thank you!
