I need to replace both pivot bars that are broken. They are stamped with 5 and 6. I attached photos of the broken bars, as well as the shoes still in the window frame.

Hello,

We don't carry this exact pivot bar, but we may be able to supply an alternative. I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they can suggest a replacement, which may include new pivot shoes as well. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

It's tough to make out in your photos, but I believe your metal center cam in the pivot shoe is similar to our 15-177 shown below. If so, you should be able to use the 26-438 pivot bar. Keep in mind that you might have to file down the tip if the ring doesn't fully engage your pivot shoe cam.
