Tilt shoe identification

Looking for tilt shoes. They attach to the end of a standard channel balance and are marked with Pat # 4610108. Used in a new construction vinyl double hung widow.

Hi! This looks similar to SWISCO product code 15-194, take a look and compare measurements.

I need to pair it up with a 36c balance and can't seem to find them.

The S795-36 balance with 36C option comes with the 15-195 shoe (similar to the 15-194 just wider). You can order the S795-36 and the 15-194 shoes separately and swap them out to make the needed replacement balances.
