Tilt window

Question

I have a a couple tilt windows that won't stay up. There is a window balancer that has P2130 stamped on it on each side of the frame. The window balancer doesn't appear to be attched to the window frame at all. The balancer seems to just freely go up and down inside the window channel. There is a shoe looking plastic square piece at the bottom of the window channel. What do I need?

Thanks for reaching out to us! The window balance you have is a custom assembly made with a plain channel and the 62-105 Heavy Duty Pointed Hook attached to the bottom. I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the balance but I'll need to know the exact number you'd like to purchase; the quantity minimum is two (2).

I'll also need to know the exact weight of your sash since the replacement channels will have a different stamp rating system.
